Terms and Conditions

Please read carefully, these are the terms and conditions on how we conduct business.

• All orders MUST be signed and returned to us with signature.
• 75% deposit must be paid to secure your spot in scheduling and price.  Balance is due when the order is complete....not installed  (this is per item line)
• All door jam widths are standard 6 5/8" on exterior and 4 5/8 in interior unless specified differently on your order.
• We use 3.5" black or antique bronze or black hinges on all doors unless specified elsewhere.  3 on all doors of 7 feet tall or less and 4 on all doors over 8 ft.
• All of our doors are hand made one at a time.  This does give you slight variances from door to door but also give you more of an artistic appeal of your project.  
• We are a door company, not an install company.  We can give you an estimate on install which we get from licensed installers.  That fee will be paid directly to the installer on install.
• We are not a storage facility.  We can not store your items for free because your project is not complete.  We must charge 8% storage fee per month per item starting 1 week after your item is complete, this means built, without finish applied.  This is to cover our cost of building space and insurance.
• Any change in orders after order has been started will be subject to a 25% change fee plus the hard costs associated with the order.  This will also put your order behind all other orders that have been started.  If we have started your order and are told to hold on it because you will not be ready for it then we must charge you a storage fee from the time we are told to hold until the time we are able to restart it to fit your schedule.
• We do not put a finish on any product  until after the order had been paid in full  This ensures that when the order leaves our shop, normally within one-two weeks of finish being done (to allow cure time for the finish) to ensure that it is fresh and clean.
• We can not guarantee scheduling until we have all items in hand.  Signed order, drawing acceptance, glass selection, finish selection, door swing selection etc....
• We will no longer deviate from these procedures any longer.  This is to ensure the smoothest line of communication and to ensure that your produce is the way you want it, when you need it.
