Terms and Conditions

1. If it is not on this invoice, you did not order it,   

nor will you without an extra cost 

2. Although we will order materials as soon as 

we get your deposit, it will not be started until   

you have sent this form in and signed.    

3. All work is handmade and therefore there may be slight size differences 1/4" or less.  

4. Any changes made after the original order may or may not be subjected to additional costs  

5. With every change we MUST have another current order signed by you.  If we do not get it we will not start it.  Even though we may already have purchased material for your project.  

6. If it does not say delivery or installation included or have a line item with that listed then delivery or installation is not included.  Same goes for finishing.  

7. If we are to do the finishing, we must have that listed separately with the color desired.  

8. Wood is wood and all piece’s stain slightly, but we will do our best to accommodate your desire.  

9. We are not responsible to items damaged in shipping if we did not deliver ourselves    

10. NO item will be scheduled for installation prior to 2 weeks after we have final payment.  

11. Invoices sitting idle for 4 months or more may require a price increase.  

12. If warranty work is needed, we must have the opportunity to do it.  

13. If you attempt to return an item that is damaged, or incomplete, you will NOT be permitted a refund.  

14. If you pick up items, we will help you load it to your specifications.  We will not do tie off and secure any order.  Once you leave our building, we are not responsible for the damage.  

15. Any doors not finished or painted on all 6 sides, within 2 weeks of pickup will void any warranty.  

16. Finished can take 2 weeks to cure.  We will not deliver until curing is complete.  

17. We will NOT put a finish on any order before it is paid for in full. WE must have this signed and returned prior to any work being completed.
